TIP HOLDER HOUSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip holder housing having functions appropriate to automatic exchange by a robot.SOLUTION: A tip holder housing 15 accommodates a tip holder 12. The tip holder housing 15 includes: a body 15b having a housing hole 15a; and a removable front cap 15c to cover the front opening of the housing hole 15a. The front cap 15c has an elastic stopper 15i to be inserted into a through hole 15j provided on the body 15b, toward the housing hole 15a. The elastic stopper 15i is formed to limit forward movement of the tip holder 12 accommodated in the housing hole 15a. The front cap 15c further has a cutoff line 15n near the elastic stopper 15i, which enables separation of an elastic stopper portion.
