PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which enables rerecording onto a recorded medium having data recorded thereon with high-speed and a simple structure, and a control method thereof.SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 has a recording head 111, an ink film cartridge 112, a recording control part 12, a head drive part 13, and a recording paper conveyance part 14. The ink film cartridge 112 has a printing ink film and an erasing ink film having a similar color to a printing surface of a recorded medium. The erasing ink film is arranged in the upstream side in a sub-scanning direction relative to the printing ink film. |
