PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress swelling of a container of an electrochemical device, a reduction in capacitance, and an increase in internal resistance after continuous charging, without degrading initial characteristics of the electrochemical device.SOLUTION: The present invention provided is an electrochemical device using a polarizable electrode including a compound represented by the following formula (1), wherein Rrepresents an alkyl group or a hetero atom-containing alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; Rrepresents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms; and Rrepresents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms. |
