PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the long service life of a ceramic filter, by restraining the exhaust gas discharge port side of the ceramic filter from abrading by backwash treatment.SOLUTION: A ceramic filter dust collector 1 comprises: a plurality of ceramic filters 16a-16h which are arranged in the horizontal direction in a space between an exhaust gas supply pipe 13 and an exhaust gas discharge pipe 15 in a can body 10, and in each of which an exhaust gas introducing port and an exhaust gas discharge port are directed downward and upward, respectively; and backwash pipes 17 and 18 extending in the horizontal direction toward the space between the plurality of ceramic filters 16a-16h and the exhaust gas discharge pipe 15 from a side part of the can body 10. The backwash pipes 17 and 18 each comprise a plurality of jetting ports arranged in a pipe bottom part in the extending direction for jetting high pressure state air toward the exhaust gas discharge ports of the ceramic filters 16a-16h and an opening part formed in a pipe tail end part for discharging the surplus high pressure state air non-jetted from the jetting port. |
