PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coping lower part ventilation structure which can be quickly installed and ensures high reliability of ventilation function and waterproof function.SOLUTION: A coping lower part ventilation structure 1a includes a coping lower member 10 and a ventilation member 20 fixed in the coping lower member 10. The coping lower member 10 includes: a first vertical part 11 fixed on the outer side of an outer wall base material 41; a first horizontal part 12 connected to an upper end side of the first vertical part 11; a second vertical part 13 connected to the outer side of a second horizontal part 12 and having a plurality of openings 18; and a second horizontal part 14 connected to a lower side of a third vertical part 13. The ventilation member 20 includes a plurality of vent holes penetrating inward/outward. The coping lower part ventilation structure 1a is formed by integrating the ventilation member 20 with the coping lower member 10 having a shape corresponding to a coping lower portion 7. The coping lower part ventilation structure 1a can be easily attached to the coping lower portion 7, while improving reliability of ventilation function and waterproof function. |
