PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing fixture of a pressure sensor capable of easily detecting an accurate pressure and a method for manufacturing the manufacturing fixture.SOLUTION: There is provided a pallet 5 as the manufacturing fixture of a pressure sensor in which a stem having a first through-hole and a pedestal having a second through-hole one opening of which is covered with a silicon chip having a pressure-sensitive element are adhered such that the first through-hole is made continuous with the second through-hole, that is, the manufacturing fixture of the pressure sensor having an insertion shaft 63 configured so as to be inserted via the first through-hole into the second through-hole when the stem and the pedestal are adhered by using adhesive. |
