The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for preparing food having bulb crops added with amino acids, and food prepared by the same. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a washing unit including a conveyor for a bulb crop, a first washer installed at one side of the conveyor and spraying washing water to the bulb crop conveyed by the conveyor to wash the bulb crop, a rotary brush installed at the rear of the first washer and peeling and rewashing the bulb crop which is first washed and conveyed, and a second washer; a pulverizing unit including a first storage tank storing the washed and peeled bulb crop therein and rotary blades installed inside the first storage tank and pulverizing the input bulb crop; a mixed crop inputting unit inputting a cereal powder to a fine bulb crop powder, which is conveyed through the conveyor, from a second storage tank storing a mixed crop powder immersed and pulverized in the herbal medicine distilled water containing natural amino acid components extracted from herbal medicine materials; a crop mixing unit including a third storage tank storing the mixed crop powder and the fine bulb crop powder and stirring blades mixing the mixed crop powder and the fine bulb crop powder to make a dough in the third storage tank; a boiling unit including a heating furnace and a heating apparatus for hard-boiling the raw dough delivered from the crop mixing unit; a product molding unit receiving the hard-boiled dough, followed by extruding and molding; and a cooling unit cutting and cooling the molded product released from the product molding unit.
