PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio audio/video systems for reproducing audio signals and a method of controlling the same.SOLUTION: A radio audio/video (A/V) system includes an earphone and an A/V device. The earphone enables user input of a control instruction to transmit the control instruction. The A/V device receives a multimedia signal, extracts an audio signal component, receives the control instruction from the earphone, and accordingly processes the audio signal component. The A/V device operates so as to transmit the processed audio signal component to the earphone for reproduction. The earphone and the A/V device communicate through a wireless network using Wi-Fi.
