PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle steering device which enables easy key attachment.SOLUTION: A slid surface is provided at an inner periphery of an outer tube 21 and a sliding surface is provided at an outer periphery of an inner tube 25 so that the outer tube and the inner tube can be supported so as to slide relative to each other. A long groove 22 is formed at the outer tube 21 so as to extend in an axial direction and penetrate in an outer diameter direction avoiding forming a narrow width. A key 26 is inserted into the long groove 22 from the outer peripheral side of the outer tube 21 to be fixed to the inner tube 25. The width of the long groove 22 is set so as to be smaller than a width of the key 26. When the outer tube 21 is slid in an axial direction relative to the inner tube 25, the long groove 22 is expanded by the key 26. |
