The present invention provides a machine useful for removing the mucilage from fruits and seeds. Said machine consists in a device for receiving fruits or seeds, one or more rollers lined with a corrugated flexible material, one or more rollers lined with a smooth material, and a chassis; the rollers are actuated by means of an axis that crosses the same in a longitudinal manner and a crank for manually actuating the rollers; the rollers are adapted to rotate in a counter clockwise manner regarding one to each other. |
