A method of enabling a first communication module of a terminal to execute measurement for cell reselection in a wireless communication system is disclosed in the present application. Specifically, the method comprises a step of receiving a first message including one or more frequency priority lists from a base station; a step of receiving a second message from one or more second communication modules coexisted with the terminal; and a step of executing frequency measurement based on the operation frequency information of the second communication module included in the second message and the one or more frequency priority lists when the second message indicates the operation of the one or more second communication modules.
