The present invention relates to a locking device and a finance device using the same. A locking device according to one aspect of the present invention includes a first assembly including a latch with an inclined surface; a second assembly including a first shaft on which the first assembly is mounted and which can be rotated; a third assembly on which a lock latch bracket capable of obstructing the rotation of the first assembly is formed to be rotated around a second shaft formed on the second assembly; a first elastic member which is connected to a key link bracket and which transmits a recovering force to the key link bracket; and a second elastic member which is connected to the second assembly and which transmits a recovering force to the second assembly. A finance device according to one aspect of the present invention includes a tray where media are kept; a case where the tray is received; and a locking device including a key which a user can manipulate. The locking device takes out the tray from the case while the key is manipulated and inputs the tray into the case without the manipulation of the key. |
