The present invention relates to a nonsmoking announcement system in a nonsmoking area and, more specifically, a nonsmoking announcement system, which is capable of easily managing a complicated building or an area for which is difficult to conduct nonsmoking management, managing many areas at the same time, stably and accurately performing the management and sanctions, freely changing recording content within a range of 20 to 30 seconds for a nonsmoking announcement according to the necessity of a manager and providing the announcement, freely controlling announcement time within 24 hours by the manager by combining a control unit configuring the nonsmoking announcement system, a voice recording and reproduction unit, and a timer, saving installation costs by packaging the nonsmoking announcement system, fixating the nonsmoking announcement system in an installation place within a nonsmoking area, and easily installing the nonsmoking announcement system, arousing smokers' attention to the nonsmoking area by installing the nonsmoking announcement system wherever the smokers are, giving a voice warning within 1 to 13 minutes through a voice output unit in case smoking occurs, providing a warning announcement from time to time using a button in a switch unit in case a smoker is detected, transmitting a voice reproduction signal from the control unit to the voice recording and reproduction unit and giving the nonsmoking announcement in case cigarette smoking occurs by detecting cigarette smoke generated in the nonsmoking area, and providing the nonsmoking announcement through a voice output unit in case a human body is sensed by detecting the human body in the nonsmoking area through a human body detecting sensor.
