PURPOSE: A terrestrial heat exchange method capable of using ground water and a perforated drainpipe inside a tunnel is provided to remove extra construction process for installing a heat exchange pipe and be economical because of using ground water at a consistent temperature. CONSTITUTION: A terrestrial heat exchange method capable of using ground water and a perforated drainpipe inside a tunnel comprises the following steps: a perforated drainpipe is manufactured by rotation-bending a wave shape, steel sheet where a heat exchange pipe is mounted on the wave shape surface, into a pipe shape and welding the connecting end; the perforated drainpipe where the heat exchange pipe is mounted is installed as a tunnel drainpipe; and a tunnel terrestrial heat exchange system is mounted on the tunnel drainpipe.
