PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus able to restrict adhesion of the flap glue portion of an envelope by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprises: an image forming section 3 configured to form an image on a target recording medium; a fixing section 4 configured to fix an image formed on the target recording medium; a conveyance roller 26 arranged on the same axis as and downstream of the fixing section 4 in the direction of conveyance of the target recording medium; and a plurality of conveyance rollers 25 pressed against the conveyance roller 26 by a wire spring 32 and thereby rotated following it. In a case where the target recording medium is an envelope 29 with a flap glue portion 31, the contact width W1 between the conveyance roller 26 and conveyance roller 25a in the direction of a rotation shaft 26c, through which the flap glue portion 31 passes, is smaller than a contact width W2 between the conveyance roller 26 and a conveyance roller 25b, through which parts other than the flap glue portion 31 passes. |
