PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card and a portable electronic device that enable efficient access to a plurality of files.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an IC card comprises memory means, storage means, reception means, and setting means. The memory means memorizes data of a data unit identified by identification information. The storage means stores definition information of a data group into which the data memorized in the memory means is grouped. The reception means receives a command from an external device. When the reception means receives a selection command for allowing selection of a plurality of data groups, the setting means sets the plurality of data groups selected by the selection command in a current state. |
