The present invention relates to an automatic closing apparatus. According to the present invention, a slide apparatus comprises: a fixed rail fixed at a main body; a movable rail slidably arranged in the fixed rail so as to enable an accommodating body to perform an opening operation or a closing operation; and an automatic closing apparatus arranged at one side of the fixed rail, wherein the automatic closing apparatus comprises: a body arranged at said one side of the fixed rail, the body having a guide wall and an accommodation space, the guide wall including a curved guide part and a linear guide part formed inside an operating part having an open top and an open bottom, the accommodation space being formed in the vicinity of the curved guide part; a slider guided along the guide wall by means of being caught at or released from a stopper member of the movable rail, so as to slide in an opening direction or in a closing direction; a hollow housing coupled to one side of the body; a damping unit inserted and coupled to the inside of the housing; and an elastic body, one side of which is fixed at the housing and the other side of which is fixed at the slider, thus minimizing the deformation of or damage to the accommodating body and the articles accommodated in the accommodating body caused by the shocks generated during the closing operation of the accommodating body in the process during which the accommodating body moves in the closing direction, and preventing the accommodating body from bouncing back in the opening direction in the event a closing force equal to or greater than a critical load is applied. |
