摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive current sensor.SOLUTION: A current sensor 10 disclosed by the present specification includes: a Hall element 11 arranged on a bus bar 5; and granular mold parts 12 arranged by excluding a front surface 11a of the Hall element 11 within an annular area (a range held between two chain double-dashed lines) passing the arrangement range of the Hall element 11 when viewing from a direction orthogonal to a current flowing direction on an outer circumference of the bus bar 5. Since the granular mold parts 12 cannot be arranged on the front surface 11a of the Hall element 11, a magnetic flux to be generated when a current flows through the bus bar 5 passes through the granular mold parts 12 and the Hall element 11 arranged within the annular area but does not pass through the outside of the front surface 11a in the Hall element 11. Consequently, the number of magnetic flux lines passing through the outside of the Hall element 11 is reduced compared with a case where the circumference of the Hall element 11 is covered by the granular mold part 12 by including the front surface 11a. Thus, sensitivity in the current sensor is improved since a magnetic flux density passing through the Hall element 11 is increased.
