The present invention relates to a tower crane including a power supply unit connected through each power cable of a three-phase power source, and a power source phase checking device employed in the same. The power source phase checking device includes: a phase checking motor rotating by receiving a current applied to the power supply unit through the power cables, wherein the phase checking motor rotates clockwise or counter-clockwise; a sensing unit for sensing a rotation direction of the phase checking motor; a control unit outputting different control signals depending on a signal sensed by the sensing unit; and a display unit displaying a normal connection or an abnormal connection of the power cables according to the control signals of the control unit. According to the present invention, it is possible to immediately confirm whether the power cables are normally or abnormally connected without having a test run after connecting the power cables. |
