摘要 Disclosed are a Li7La3Zr2O12 (LLz)-based oxide solid electrolyte capable of being manufactured by low-temperature sintering at a temperature below 1200°C and having high ionic conductivity; a manufacturing method thereof; and an all-solid-state secondary battery using the same. The method for manufacturing an oxide solid electrolyte according to the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a mixed powder of 5 wt% or less of Al2O3, and the remainder of raw powder of Li7La3Zr2O12; first milling the mixed powder; sintering the mixed powder which has been first milled; adding 0.1 to 10 wt% of CuO to the resulting product of sintering; second milling the resulting product of sintering which has been added with CuO; and synthesizing a Li7La3Zr2O12-based oxide by sintering the resulting product of the second milling.
