摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confirmation method for electrodeposited coating film deposition in a marine structure by which corrosion prevention performance of an electrodeposited coating film can be evaluated at high precision without measuring the film thickness of a corrosion prevention electrodeposited coating film by a diver, and a corrosion prevention electrodeposited coating film can be securely formed on the whole of a submerged part. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises: a corrosion prevention electrodeposited coating film deposition process where a DC power source is provided between an anode and a marine steel structure (step S1), a DC electric current is energized (step S2), and a coating film is formed on the surface of the submerged part of the marine steel structure; and a corrosion prevention performance evaluation process where, after a required energizing time passage, an electric current is applied to the marine steel structure at a required corrosion prevention current density (step S3), a potential is measured (step S4) and is confirmed (step S5). When the potential is not equal to or less than corrosion prevention potential, energizing in the corrosion prevention electrodeposited coating film deposition process is performed again, and when the potential is equal to or less than the corrosion prevention potential, the deposition of the corrosion prevention electrodeposited coating film is finished (step S6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
