The present invention relates to a wall type foundation using a precast member capable of transferring, to the ground by a pile, a load to be transferred to the foundation. The foundation includes a pile installed in the ground; a bottom plate having an accommodation groove into which the pile head part is inserted; and a body part which is a wall integrally formed with the bottom plate and has a vertical column part formed between concave grooves and an upper horizontal beam part formed on the upper part of a vertical column part by having a concave groove based on the bottom surface of a wall so as to have a T-shaped cross-section when the body part is cut in the lengthwise direction (A-A, horizontally cutting). |
