The present invention relates to an indoor lighting structure of a vehicle comprising: a surface member which is included in an interior of a vehicle, and which consists of a transparent material; a diffusing member equipped in one side of the surface member for diffusing a light; a light source equipped by being separated at a constant distance from the diffusing member for generating a light; and a sealing member, which is combined with the surface member, which consists of an opaque material to cover the light source in order to prevent a leakage of the light of the light source to an outside. The indoor lighting structure of a vehicle is capable of improving the appearance of an indoor since a light is diffused by the diffusing member, and the light is radiated uniformly to an indoor through the surface member, and preventing a leakage of the light to an outside.
