CONDUCTIVE PASTE COMPOSITION FOR INNER ELECTRIC POLES OF MULTI-LAYER CERAMIC CONDENSER

The paste composition is 52 % of mixed powders of conductive metal, Ag and Pd, and 48 % of organic vehicle. The paste is prepared by mixing and milling the mixture of organic vehicle and 7Ag/3Pd powders until the fineness of grind (FOG) reaches 10 microns, and by 3-roll milling the paste until FOG reaches 2 microns. The paste is used for the low temperature firing MLC.
