<p>The present invention relates to a method of controlling a grain size of a slag ball according to an injection nozzle blast pressure modulation of an injection device for a slag processing device. Since an injection nozzle blast pressure of a spraying device for scattering a slag falling down in a hot melting state in a slag port by spraying a high-speed gas is controlled, a slag ball which is cooled and solidified as a ball shape is controlled as an uniform granularity and an uniform size, and a collecting rate of a slag ball is improved. A slag processing device comprises: a tundish for falling down a slag, which is tapping through a slag port by being generated in a second refining of a steel manufacture processing, in a high melting state toward the constant direction and a constant location; and a spray device having an injection nozzle for scattering a slag by spraying a high-speed gas to a slag falling down in the tundish in a melting state. A grain size of a slag ball falling down by being scattered due to a high-speed gas is controlled by controlling a blast pressure of the high-speed gas sprayed from an injection nozzle of a spraying device.</p> |
