The present invention prevents malfunctions due to the loosening of an elastic member by preventing the elastic member from being loosed using a wire (13), wherein the elastic member is withdrawn from the middle of the inner wall of a bell (10) combined with a handle and is combined with a pendulum on one side thereof. More specifically, present invention relates to a handbell which prevents failure of the ringing thereof by preventing the location change of the pendulum. |
