Disclosed are a method for predicting a blood sugar level reduced according to aerobic exercise, an apparatus for displaying a blood sugar level reduced according to momentum in real-time by using the same, and aerobic exercise equipment having the apparatus. The method comprises the steps of: collecting and storing, in a first memory, exercise and blood sugar data including exercise data related to momentum and blood sugar measurements before and after exercise; analyzing the exercise and blood sugar data stored in the first memory to predict the rate of change of blood sugar according to the momentum by blood sugar section; extracting exercise data as the user performs exercise; and predicting, in real-time, an estimated blood sugar level according to the momentum with reference to the blood sugar measurement before exercise, the exercise data extracted according to execution of the exercise, and the rate of change of blood sugar for each blood sugar section.
