Provided are a gasket and a sealing structure enabling to exert stable sealing performance even in a case where a sealing target surface is a surface provided with irregularities such as a casting surface. A gasket 10 made of a rubber-like elastic body attached to an attaching groove provided in at least one out of two members to seal a gap between these two members includes a first sealing surface 10a coming into surface contact with a surface of a first member out of the two members, a second sealing surface 10b coming into surface contact with a surface of a second member out of the two members, a third sealing surface 10c coming into surface contact with a side surface of the attaching groove, and a pressure receiving groove 11 opened to a side receiving sealing fluid pressure which is an opposite side of the third sealing surface 10c and provided so as to be parallel to the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface. |
