METHOD FOR EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF ONCOLOGICAL DISEASES OF UPPER AIR PASSAGES

A method for early diagnostics of oncological diseases of the upper air passages by determination of content of free amino-acids in blood by means of amino acid analysis. For diagnostics quantitative content of six amino acids only is used. If concentration of arginine is within 8.2±16.3 µM, asparginic acid - within 26.3±4.2 µM, glutamic acid - within 113.2±13.6 µM, proline - within 169.4±21.8, alanine - within 433.7±40.7 µM and phenylalanine - within 64.0±4.3 µM, the conclusion on presence of malignant tumor is made.
