A closing band comprises a hinge (17) provided between the fixing portion and a removable adhesive portion (9) to swing the adhesive portion between a closed position when the adhesive portion is adhered on the wall and an open position in which the adhesive portion releases an opening zone (10). The hinge supports the adhesive portion in the open position.
