PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp with base which can obtain wide-angle light-distribution characteristics, and a lighting fixture using the same.SOLUTION: A lamp with base 10 includes a body 11, a solid light-emitting element 12, and a base member 16. The body 11 includes a support section 11b composed of a recess 11a spreading outwards on one end side of a cylindrical body. The solid light-emitting element 12 is arranged in the support section so that an optical axis y crosses an axis x-x of the body. The base member 16 is arranged on the other end side of the body. |
