PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-based alloy that is excellent in corrosion resistance against reducing acid such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, is excellent in hot workability and has high strength.SOLUTION: A Ni-based alloy contains, by mass%, C: 0.03% or less, Si: 0.01 to 0.5%, Mn: 0.01 to 1.0%, P: 0.03% or less, S: 0.003% or less, Cr: 20% or more and below 30%, Ni: above 40% and 50% or less, Cu: above 2.5% and 5.0% or less, Mo: 5.0 to 10%, W: 3 to 10%, Al: 0.005 to 0.5%, N: above 0.08% and 0.3% or less and rare earth elements (REM): 0.001 to 0.20% and satisfies the following formula (1), and the balance is composed of Fe and impurities. Cu+Cr+6Mo+3W+20N-20REM≥75 (1): where each symbol of element in the formula (1) is substituted by the content (mass%) of the element corresponding thereto. |
