PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft gelatin capsule formulation of a specific 11-deoxy-prostaglandin compound in a stable form.SOLUTION: Provided is a soft gelatin capsule formulation, which comprises a soft gelatin coat comprising a polyol and/or sugar alcohol as a plasticizer, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising a 11-deoxy-prostaglandin compound represented by formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle, wherein the composition is incorporated in the gelatin coat.
