PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger which shortens a length of the charging time that is a weak point of a current electric vehicle.SOLUTION: Electricity is transferred from power supply ports 1, 2, 3 connected with power supply cables 12, 13, 14. Then, switches 4, 5, 6 are turned on and switches 7, 8 are turned off, and current is flowed to each cell 9, 10, 11 and the cells are charged. When a vehicle is driven, the switches 4, 5, 6 are turned off and the switches 7, 8 are turned on to conduct electricity. |
