USE OF HEPATOCYTE NUCLEAR FACTOR 1A IN PREPARATION OF DRUG FOR TREATING MALIGNANT SOLID TUMOR DISEASE

A use of a hepatocyte nuclear factor 1alpha gene and/or protein and a recombinant expression vector containing a hepatocyte nuclear factor 1alpha in preparation of drugs for treating malignant solid tumor diseases and in preparation of differentiation inducing reagents or composition for inducing differentiation of malignant solid tumor cells. The hepatocyte nuclear factor 1alpha gene can improve the biological properties of tumor cells, and retard the growth of tumor cells, and up-regulation of expression thereof has therapeutic effects on animal models with malignant solid tumors.
