PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which performs laser beam machining with extremely high accuracy with less change in cutting width by the constitution in which the actual moving speed of a table placing a material to be machined and the command moving speed from a numercial control device are compared and the laser output command is corrected. CONSTITUTION:The X-, Y-axis motors 2, 3 of a table 4 placing a material to be machined are controlled by the moving command from a numerical control device (NC device) 1 for driving said table and while the table 4 is thus moved, a specified laser output is generated from a laser oscillator 5 via a control device 13 by the laser output command S1 from the device 1 to accomplish cutting with a laser beam machine provided with a laser oscillator 5, the table 4 and the device 1. The moving speed of said table 4 is detected with detectors 10, 11 and is converted to a vector speed by a converter 12. The vector speed is outputted as the actual moving speed Fe of the table 4 to the device 13. The speed commands F1 and Fe from the device 1 are compared and in the case of Fe<=F1, the laser output is so controlled as to attain the laser output = Fe/F1X S1 + constant. |
