PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody to human angiopoietin 2 (anti-AHG-2 antibody) and a production method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody and a utilization method thereof.SOLUTION: An antibody specifically bound to human angiopoietin-2 (ANG-2) is characterized by comprising a certain amino acid sequence as a heavy chain variable region CDR3 region and a certain amino acid sequence as a light chain variable region. An expression vector comprises a nucleic acid to express the antibody in a prokaryotic host cell or an eukaryotic host cell. The prokaryotic host cell or the eukaryotic host cell comprises the vector. The antibody is not bound to ANG-1.
