PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror with a reference allowing a user to instantaneously and efficiently determine distortion of a subject and the like.SOLUTION: The mirror with the reference according to the present invention includes a reference that appears on a mirror surface. A user can highly efficiently and accurately determine distortion of a subject and a degree thereof by comparing the mirror with the reference with an image of the subject on the mirror surface. The reference is preferably a reference line formed into an appropriate form according to a subject. The reference preferably includes calibrations and a scale attached thereto. Further, for improving visibility, it is preferable that the reference is formed of a color different from the subject. The mirror with the reference itself may be formed of any material, any shape, and be applied to any purpose; however, a representative example thereof is a metal stomatoscope for use in orthodontics. |
