PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning member which is more excellent in general versatility than a conventional one and easily enables reduction of an amount and cost in disposal after used.SOLUTION: A cushioning member 1 for a packaging box includes a belt-like elastic tape part. The tape part includes a first slit formed to extend from one side toward the other side in the longitudinal direction and a second slit formed to extend from the other side toward the one side in the longitudinal direction. The first slit and the second slit are inserted into each other to keep the tape part in a rounded state, thereby forming the tape part into a cylindrical shape. The tape part is then put in a packaging box 103 to be used as a cushioning member. |
