PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly shorten a radiotherapy period without impairing a therapy quality by providing a radiotherapy apparatus that can highly accurately apply radiation to a radiotherapy target.SOLUTION: The real-time three-dimensional radiotherapy apparatus according to the present invention includes: a first therapeutic ray detector 4 for detecting beam data of therapeutic ray before passing through a treatment target; and a second therapeutic ray detector 5 for detecting ray after passing through the treatment target. An iris collimator is used for a collimator 3 so as to form an irradiation field of 1 mm-50 mm. The highly accurate radiotherapy is achieved by feeding back the beam data detected by the two detectors to the following irradiation conditions in real time. |
