PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal blind with high shielding property.SOLUTION: A horizontal blind supports a large number of slats 3 and 4 to a plurality of ladder cords 2 and suspends a plurality of lifting cords 11 to 13 in front and rear of the slats 3 and 4 respectively, so as to enable the slats 3 and 4 to rotate via the ladder cords 2 by operating an operation device and also to move up and down by moving up and down the lifting cords 11 to 13. Weft 6a and 6b of each step of the ladder cords 2 are composed of 2 pieces and are provided to form a crossing intersection 7. An insertion portion inserting the slats 3 and 4 between the weft 6a and 6b and a portion placing the slats 3 and 4 on the weft 6a and 6b are provided. |
