Generating slurry of agricultural products and food products, preferably beta -beets with liquid jets, preferably high pressure water jets, comprises nullifying the limits of the dimensions of a cutting container (1) which are determined by penetration depth of the high-pressure water jets (4) in the operating direction by the feeding of the high-pressure water jet tools (2), preferably rotating systems in this direction. An independent claim is also included for a device comprising a cutting container with a preferably circularly adapted cross-section at the working surface of the high-pressure water jet tool for the discharge already shredded beets material and a separator for high-pressure water and, for the retention of not sufficiently crushed beet pieces, preferably provided in the form of sliding for high-pressure water-jet tool with sieve holes (3) in the wall and/or floor areas and in a direction of action of high-pressure water jets.
