PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect malfunction of a light source.SOLUTION: A pattern determination section determines a pattern of a lighting state of a plurality of light sources based on an operation state for instructing the lighting state of the light sources. A pattern storage section stores an image in a state where light sources that should be turned on are being lit as a pattern image for each pattern of the lighting state of the light sources, regarding an image which is captured for determining malfunction of the lighting state of the light sources. A pattern collation section collates an image which is captured for determining malfunction of the lighting state of the light sources with a pattern image stored in the pattern storage section, regarding the pattern determined by the pattern determination section. A malfunction determination section determines malfunction of the lighting state of the light sources based on a collation result by the pattern collation section. |
