PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation system which is capable of using natural winds and exhaust gas from plants by adjusting portions of blades or the like against which winds blow, in accordance with the volume and the direction of winds while moving a shield plate which surrounds the blade or the like.SOLUTION: The wind power generation system comprises: an exhaust gas discharge port 11; a blade 31 installed in a location where a natural wind and an exhaust gas from the exhaust gas discharge port 11 are abutted, and including a plurality of surfaces having drag coefficients different from each other; and a movable shield plate 41. The movable shield plate 41 is movable around the blade 31 and shields the natural wind to the blade with a shielding portion. The movable shield plate 41 shuts the portion of the blade 31 where a rotational force in an opposite direction is generated in the blade 31 by the natural wind blowing against the blade 31, from abutment of the natural wind. Normally, the movable shield plate 41 exposes a portion with a large drag coefficient in the blade 31, abuts that portion to the natural wind and shuts the other portion from the abutment of the natural wind. Under strong winds, a portion with a small drag coefficient in the blade 31 is abutted to the natural wind and the other portion is shut from the abutment of the natural wind. |
