摘要 <p>Lead-free fusible green and environment-friendly glass and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: mixing weighted materials according to a proportion, then putting the weighted materials into a fusing crucible or a hearth of a fusing glass melt to heat to the set temperature and keep the temperature for a certain period of time so as to obtain the lead-free glass melt with uniform components, and finally cooling and crushing the glass melt. According to the method, leading-in of too much lead and low-melting point noble metal in a common low-softening point glass component is overcome; an obtained softening temperature of the glass is 480°C - 600°C; physical and chemical performance is stable without devitrification, and the glass has a low linear expansion coefficient, high anti-scratching mechanical strength and the like. The glass can be widely applied to low-temperature sealing welding of soldering flux, can be used as a glass binder of a thick-film circuit conduction band and element size, and coverage and protection glaze of the thick-film circuit, and can further be used as a powder paint glaze constituent for low-temperature surface treatment, coating, decorating and protecting of metal and material components.</p>
