PURPOSE: A TV broadcasting program assistance method using a mobile smart device is provided to immediately provide information about various interests and immediately share the information while watching TV broadcasting contents. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting station transmits a TV broadcasting program to a TV device through a broadcasting network(S10). A mobile smart device connects to an application server through an application(S20,S30). The application of the mobile smart device is synchronized with the TV broadcasting program transmission of the broadcasting station in real-time(S40). An additional information media related to the TV broadcasting program is outputted on the mobile smart device screen(S50).
