The present invention relates to an electrolyzed-chlorine generator and an electrolyzed-chlorine generation system and, more specifically, to an electrolyzed-chlorine generation system comprising a water softener (100) for softening incoming raw water; a soft water storage tank (200) for storing soft water; a soft water supply pump (300) for supplying soft water from the soft water storage tank (200); an electrolyte storage tank (400) for supplying electrolyte; an electrolyte supply pump (500) for supplying electrolyte from the electrolyte storage tank (400); a flow measurement tool (600) for recognizing the flow and stream of the soft water and electrolyte being supplied by the soft water supply pump (300) and the electrolyte supply pump (500); an electrolytic cell (700) including reaction parts (20, 30) for containing electrodes for electrolysis and a U-shaped electrolyte supply pipe (10) integrated with a gas-liquid separating reaction part (40) for separating electrolyzed chlorine and gas product generated by the reaction parts (20, 30) to react and having the function of exchanging heat, and having the terminal part thereof composed in an insulation structure; a storage tank (800) for storing the electrolyzed chlorine generated by the electrolytic cell (700); and an electrolyzed chlorine input pump (900) for transferring the stored electrolyzed chlorine to a required place.
