The invention relates to a mobile hand washing station comprising a clean water tank 4 and a means for collecting used grey water and treating the grey water 6 so that it may be returned back to the clean water tank for hand washing. The grey water may be treated by filtration, distillation, chemical treatment and reverse osmosis, or any combination of the foresaid methods. In a further embodiment, it may be that some grey water may not be suitable for returning to the clean water tank (8 figure 3) and is instead stored in a further tank (10 figure 3) which is only used for hand washing. |
