PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal storage tank which can cool a heat conductive fluid in a thermal storage tank enough by making effective use of thermal energy accumulated in ice, and a thermal storage unit equipped with it. SOLUTION: This thermal storage tank 2 is equipped with a tank body 6 which has a reserving space G within, and a thermal storage unit 3 is arranged in the reserving space G of the tank body 6, and the heat conductive fluid 7 is reserved there. Moreover, the thermal storage unit 3 is equipped with an outer tube 15 both whose ends are open, an inner tube 16 which is inserted into the outer tube 15 with space S between itself and the outer tube 15, heat conductive fluid 19 which is filled in the space S, and two plugs 17 and 18 which seal both ends of the space S, and a refrigerant supplied from a refrigerant supply source 4 circulates within the inner tube 16. Then, for the heat storage tank 1, circulation holes 23 and 24 for connecting the reserving space G of the tank body 6 with the space S are made in at least one hand of each plug 17 and 18, and the heat conductive fluid 7 reserved in the tank body 6 and the heat conductive fluid 19 filled in the space S of the thermal storage unit 3 can be replaced with each other through the circulation holes 23 and 24. |
