PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic building material such as a rain gutter, which can be obtained by a simple process, in which thermal expansion and contraction are reduced and damage and deformation due to the temperature changes of a season and day and night are hard to occur and which can develop physical characteristics such as high impact resistance. SOLUTION: The plastic building material contains organic fibers or inorganic fibers of 2-50 pts.wt. such as polyester fibers, nylon fibers, acrylic fibers, vinylon fibers, cellulose fibers or aramid fibers to a thermoplastic resin of 100 pts.wt. such as a styrene resin and a phyllosilicate of 1-30 pts.wt. such as montmorillonite and/or swelling mica.
